GM GEOMATRIX

GM GEOMATRIX is designed to increase the bearing capacity (due to reinforcing) of the roadbed sub-base of various engineering structures (roads, passages, grounds, etc.), to reinforce banks and slopes (cones, dams, roadsides, etc.), and to be used as elements of erosion control and protective structures and to reinforce weak sub-bases in various climate zones.

The GM GEOMATRIX is used in road construction, oil and gas facility construction (to construct, repair and reconstruct upstream, midstream and downstream oil/gas facilities and other industrial objects).

The GM GEOMATRIX should be used in accordance with the project solutions in the following objects:

LOWER STRUCTURES OF:

  • Along MP routes and technological passages;
  • Walk-ways of the MP objects;
  • Inter-field passages;
  • Winter roads;
  • Take-off runways and taxi tracks of the fly grounds and helicopter decks.

GROUND BASEMENTS OF:

  • Compressor stations ((KS) and booster compressor packages (DKS);
  • KS and DKS junction points;
  • Gas-distributing stations (GRS);
  • Gas underground storage facilities (SPKhG);
  • Gas cooling facilities (SOG);
  • Crane units;
  • Pig launchers and receivers;
  • Tank batteries;
  • Storage facilities for emergency supply of pipes and other equipment and materials;
  • Parking lots for road-building and special vehicles (wheeled and
  • crawler-tracked);
  • Various production basements;
  • Production fields;
  • Gas treatment units;
  • Outdoor permanent and temporary storage facilities;
  • Bases for welding, assembling and other works in field;
  • For passing, parking (stopping) and working of various building and special vehicles.

FOUNDATIONS OF:

  • Various slopes and banks as protective and reinforcing inter-layers (allowing considerable improvement of erosion resistance and basement stability);
  • Soft crush-rock pad in the trench to lay the pipeline in;
  • Bedplates made of haydite (crushed stone, sand) as the concrete floor foundation (to protect the haydite against contamination with soil particles and being carried out into the soil, to ensure uniform backfilling and to strengthen the floor structures of various facilities);
  • Dikes, banks and ponds;
  • Coast protection structures for shoreface/river valley soil conservation on the MP crossings through water obstacles;
  • Landscaping structures when MP sites are being improved.

THE GM GEOMATRIX APPLICATION FIELD MAY BE EXTENDED, DEPENDING ON THE PROJECT SOLUTIONS AND THE CUSTOMER'S CHOICE.
