PLASTIC GEOTECHNICAL GRID
GEOTECHNICAL GRID (GEOGRID) is a 3D cellular structure (module) which is made of polyethylene bands joint together with stagger joints.
GEOGRIDS are designed to reinforce the slopes and weak foundations in transportation, hydrotechnical and other construction fields.
- OR geogrids are mostly used in the structures designed to reinforce slopes.
- AR geogrids are mostly used to reinforce weak foundations and to provide multi-layer reinforcements for steep slopes and to build retaining walls.
- Upon agreement with the user, other types and dimensions of the geogrids are allowed.
